HIS CAUCASIAN FRIEND GOT 2 WEEKS IN JAIL IN MY BLACK FRIEND GOT 2 YEARS. AS I STATED BEFORE DIVERSITY MEAN MANY DIFFERENCES AND ITS A BETRADE.

What do you mean by your definition? Try putting it into your own words. In fact, I would get rid of the first sentence all together. You have a great mind and I love to read your own personal ideas.
What do you mean by betrade? Do you think that diversity means the same thing as discrimination? Or are people discriminated against because they are diverse?
