To me diversity means a sundry and different varied. Also, "a diversity of possibilities. Also,

My best friend and I both are girls. Second our family doesn’t believe in the same thing. My family believes in all holidays and her family does not.

Asia-remember that when you use a definition from the dictionary, you must still quote it like any other quotation. If not it is plagiarism. Please go back and tell which dictionary or website you got this definition from.
All of the issues you talked about dealt with race. Is diversity strictly about race? Can people or things be diverse in other ways than race?
