Our eighth grade interdisciplinary project is titled "Diversity in Society." Answer the following question in 7-10 sentences. (10% of final grade)
Many have said that we live in a diverse society with diverse people, traditions, beliefs, and ideas. This diversity can be seen in your life, your school, your community, and your world. What does the word "diversity" mean to you? Use examples from your life.

Using acrostic or free form poetry, express how you are diverse. What qualities make you unique? What is special about you? How would you describe yourself. Post your poem along with a picture of the diversity mask you created to represent your diverse self!

Question 1- What does diversity mean to me?
The word diversity means the state of facts of being diverse, different, and unlikeness. Or you could say it means different. It is that our beliefs are thing that are different. Back in Newark they had to pay a fined if they liter. Ok for an example if the u.s.a passed a law no loitering and you go to china or Japan they want have that same law. I could some what relate to this because I am American and my friend Orlando is Dominican and we are different. But we still can get along and there are all kinds of different schools that are like that. in newark but u have to dill with it.

Kaydon, I like your post, but remember that if you take a direct definition from a dictionary, you have to quote it. Please tell where you got this definition from. Kaydon, I'm not sure what you are trying to say with the issue of littering, but I do like how you pointed out the diversity between you and Orlando. Can you think of other examples of diversity?
yes but i dont no what the name of the dictionary is
